Why can’t Alee find places near me?
Alee needs location access to show what’s nearby. On your iPhone, open Settings → Alee → Location and choose “While Using the App”.
Where are my saved trips?
Saved trips and places are stored on your phone. Tap the bookmark on the home screen to see them. Deleting the app removes them.
Start trip only opened one stop
Alee sends the whole day to Apple Maps or Google Maps. If a stop is missing, update to the latest version of Alee and try again.
A stop is closed or wrong
Every stop is checked on Apple Maps, but places change. Open the stop and tap the swap button to get another one nearby.
